Every column is profiled the moment the file opens: data type, blanks, distinct values, totals, ranges and dates. A data-health score out of 100 tells you how much work the file needs.
Problem finder
Duplicate rows, inconsistent spellings and capitals, extra spaces, numbers stored as text, mixed date formats, blank cells, unusual values, missing headers and formula errors — each with a count and an example.

Cleaning you approve

Match on the columns that identify a record. Choose exact, case-and-space insensitive or smart matching that ignores punctuation, company suffixes and phone formatting.
Questions in plain English
Ask anything about the data. Mindy plans the calculation, the engine computes it over every row, and the answer comes back with figures in bold and a chart where it helps.
Show your working
Every answer lists the calculations behind it: the filters, groupings and totals, with the result tables. Check any number in seconds.
Formula check and writer
Finds error values, broken references, formulas that break their column’s pattern and numbers typed over formulas. Writes new formulas that use your real column letters and headers.
One-click reports
Executive summaries, performance reports, monthly trends and data-quality reports with charts, written for a manager. Save as PDF or Word, or copy the text.
Clean exports
Download a clean Excel workbook (with real dates and numbers, filters on the header row and a “Changes” sheet) or a UTF-8 CSV that opens correctly in Excel.
Private mode
One switch holds back sample rows and the values of personal columns, so the AI sees only column names and statistics.
Data view
