What can the spreadsheet cleaner fix?
Extra and double spaces, inconsistent spellings and capitals (“north”, “Nth” and “North”), numbers stored as text, mixed date formats, blank cells, empty rows, duplicate rows and unclear headers.
Will it change anything without asking?
No. Mindy proposes each fix with a preview of real before-and-after examples. Nothing changes until you tick the fixes you want and click Apply, and you can undo.
Do I get my formatting back?
The download contains your cleaned values and a “Changes” sheet listing every edit. Cell colours, formulas and charts from the original file aren’t copied, so keep your original if you need them.
Do quick fixes use AI credits?
No. Quick fixes (trimming spaces, converting text numbers, standardising dates, removing duplicates and empty rows) are free and unlimited. Only Mindy’s full cleaning plan uses one AI credit.
Can it clean Google Sheets?
