What the analyzer shows you
The moment your file opens, MindySheets profiles every column. Mindy then reads the profile and tells you what matters.
Data health score
A score out of 100 based on duplicates, blanks, formatting problems and unusual values, so you know how much to trust the file.
Column profiles
Type, fill rate and distinct values for every column, plus totals and ranges for numbers, date spans for dates and top values for text.
Problems, counted
“86 numbers in Revenue are stored as text.” Each problem has an example and a one-click route to fix it.

AI Spreadsheet Analyzer questions
What does the analyzer check?
It profiles every column (type, blanks, distinct values, totals, ranges), scores the file’s data health and lists problems like duplicates, inconsistent spellings, text numbers, mixed date formats and unusual values. Mindy then summarises what the data is about and suggests questions to ask.
How accurate are the answers?
Every figure comes from the MindySheets calculation engine, which runs over all rows. Claude chooses the calculation; it doesn’t estimate. Each answer shows the calculations it used.
How big can my file be?
Up to 50 MB, and hundreds of thousands of rows, depending on your computer’s memory. Large files take a few seconds to open.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The file is processed in your browser. Only a summary and calculation results are sent to Claude when you use an AI feature.
Can I get a report out of it?
Yes. The Report tab writes an executive summary, performance report or trend report with charts that you can save as PDF or Word.
